Natalie Wilde, a PhD student from the Media and Arts Technology Programme at Queen Mary, is currently running an online workshop until the end of May on improving and creating CVs specifically aimed at students.

When you have your blood pressure measured, you will be given two numbers, systolic (top) and diastolic (bottom). Once you know your numbers, you can use our blood pressure chart to see what they mean and if your blood pressure is in the healthy range.

This year's campaign will take place from 7-13 September. It's all about knowing your blood pressure at home to feel in control.
