Exam planner now available for download

The new exam planner for this academic year is now available for download. Use it to plan your revision and record your exams. Also included is a list and dates of events and support activities from services such as Advice and Counselling, the Chaplaincy, Learning Development, Residential Services and Support, and Student Life.

Society profile: LGBT+ Society

The LGBT+ Society was established to provide a community of representation and support for all LGBT+ students and friends at Queen Mary. The society increases visibility of LGBT+ students and raises awareness of the issues faced by the community. We met with society President Jemima Hindmarch to find out more about the support on offer and the various ways you can get involved with their activities and events.

Spring vacation closure information

Queen Mary’s spring vacation runs from Friday 30 March to Friday 20 April, with semester three beginning on Monday 23 April. Friday 30 March and Monday 2 April are UK bank holidays, which means that many Queen Mary services will be closed.

Improvements to Q-Review

IT Services has recently made improvements to the Q-Review lecture recording system, moving it to the cloud.

When you have your blood pressure measured, you will be given two numbers, systolic (top) and diastolic (bottom). Once you know your numbers, you can use our blood pressure chart to see what they mean and if your blood pressure is in the healthy range.

This year's campaign will take place from 7-13 September. It's all about knowing your blood pressure at home to feel in control. Home blood pressure monitoring gives you one less thing to worry about. Don't miss your chance to take part in the UK's biggest blood pressure testing and awareness event.
