Students inspired to look beyond the horizon at the annual Global Opportunities GO Abroad Fair

The Global Opportunities team hosted their annual GO Abroad Fair last week on Monday 16 October, giving students the opportunity to find out about various programmes on offer, which are designed to provide an international experience.

When you have your blood pressure measured, you will be given two numbers, systolic (top) and diastolic (bottom). Once you know your numbers, you can use our blood pressure chart to see what they mean and if your blood pressure is in the healthy range.

This year's campaign will take place from 7-13 September. It's all about knowing your blood pressure at home to feel in control. Home blood pressure monitoring gives you one less thing to worry about. Don't miss your chance to take part in the UK's biggest blood pressure testing and awareness event.
