Queen Mary named best university in the country for social mobility

Diwali is the five-day festival of lights, celebrated by millions of Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and some Buddhists across the world. This year Diwali begins on Tuesday 2 November, with the main day of celebrations taking place on Thursday 4 November.

When you have your blood pressure measured, you will be given two numbers, systolic (top) and diastolic (bottom). Once you know your numbers, you can use our blood pressure chart to see what they mean and if your blood pressure is in the healthy range.

This year's campaign will take place from 7-13 September. It's all about knowing your blood pressure at home to feel in control.
