Support our Know Your Numbers! Week

Know Your Numbers! Week is the nation’s biggest blood pressure testing event, raising awareness of high blood pressure and the health problems it causes. It’s our award-winning flagship campaign.

Every September, we give free blood pressure checks to thousands of people at Pressure Stations up and down the country. Since 2001, we’ve reached over 1.5 million people, giving them the chance to take control of their health.

We’ve had support from MPs, celebrities, and a huge number of health professionals and organisations. In 2017 the Royal Mail sponsored our campaign, stamping our logo on all mail for the week.

How your sponsorship helps

With your help, we can reach more people with a free blood pressure check which has the potential to save lives. We can fund the production of invaluable health information resources and offer guidance to the health professional taking care of people with high blood pressure.

Sponsoring Know Your Numbers! Week has huge potential to promote your brand and enhance your profile. Know Your Numbers! is a highly-respected and long-running public health campaign and receives extensive national, and local press coverage, with a circulation of 65 million,  with opportunities for your company to be seen and credited. 

Sponsorship can also serve as a launch pad for your own health campaign or service, with numerous organisations boosting their own initiatives through association with Know Your Numbers!.

Help us reach those who need it most

People from African Caribbean and South Asian backgrounds have a higher risk of developing high blood pressure and the complications it causes.

We focus much of our efforts on reaching these communities, working in partnership with businesses, health organizations and local groups in the community. We have information and resources tailored for different communities, including our information leaflets in different languages.

Make it easy for employees to donate through Payroll Giving

The Payroll Giving Scheme is a quick and simple way for employees to make a big difference to people with high blood pressure. The scheme allows employees to give donations directly from their salary, simply by letting the payroll department know how much they would like to donate and to which charity.

The donation is tax free, and the Government top up the donation based on the person’s tax rate, adding an extra 20-40%.

Make us your charity of the year and we will work with you to enhance your brand and promote it to those who are taking an active interest in their health.
