Keep up to date, with e-Positive Pressure
This email update will arrive in your inbox four times a year. If you’re not signed up to receive it, let us know at info@bloodpressureuk.org
If you don’t have an email address, we will happily send it to a nominated friend or relative.
Get all the information you need
We have a range of booklets and leaflets explaining everything you need to know to take care of your blood pressure. When you first join, we will send you some for free:
- Our series of blood pressure leaflets, covering five key topics to help you understand and lower your blood pressure.
- The A-Z of blood pressure, a complete guide to everything you need to know about blood pressure.
- Our medications fact sheets, explaining all the common medications.
If there’s anything else you’d like from our range of resources, you can download at home or use this order form and we’ll post you some for free.

Get personalised advice and support
Speak to our Hypertension Nurse Specialist by telephone, post or email to talk about any questions or worries you have about your blood pressure and how you can improve your health. Email help@bloodpressureuk.org or call 020 7882 6218.
Renewing your membership
Your membership lasts for one year. We’d be delighted if you’d like to stay with us and keep receiving our magazines, e-newsletters and helpline service, and we really appreciate your ongoing support.
Membership costs £2.00 a month or £24.00 a year.
Renew by Direct Debit
If you are paying by Direct Debit your membership will renew automatically every month if you pay monthly, or year if you pay annually.
Renew online
You can renew online by buying membership from our shop as if you were a new member. We will apply the payment to your current subscription, so don’t worry that the form says ‘join’ rather than ‘renew’.
