Do you know what your blood pressure numbers mean?
When you have your blood pressure measured, you will be given two numbers, systolic (top) and diastolic (bottom). Once you know your numbers, you can use our blood pressure chart to see what they mean and if your blood pressure is in the healthy range.
Take part in Know Your Numbers! Week 2025
Next year's campaign will take place from 8-14 September 2025. It's all about home blood pressure monitoring, which gives you one less thing to worry about. Don't miss your chance to take part in the UK's biggest blood pressure testing and awareness event. You have the power.
